What is Swinc Web Workshop?

Note: This site is mostly up and running, but the Portfolio section of the site is still under construction, so I appreciate your patience while I get everything going.

I am Stephen Williams, an independent Website designer, and Swinc Web Workshop is two things. It is the business name I use in my Website design contracting, and it is this Website you are viewing. This Website is my online portfolio, and I hope you will enjoy browsing some examples of my work and learning about me.

In my Website design, I primarily focus on the Henderson and Owensboro, Kentucky area, targeting small businesses, independent contractors, and churches.
